Photograph taken in 1961 in San Pedro,  the Catalina Star did the rounds of the Vestey Empire, she had two spells with Lamport & Holts, as well as having two names under Blue Star in addition to her original name of Empire Haig. She wasn't a bad old ship, another double acting B&W, capable of 13 knots on a good day.
