Josephine Hammond was one of the 11 passengers on the
Canadian Star during July-Aug.,1967 from Glasgow to Vancouver.
There were a pair of seven year old twin boys aboard at the same time. A
dramatic and bloody fight between two crew members resulted in a sudden change
of course in the Mona Passage, to San Juan, Puerto Rico! The Mate at the time
was Michael Dunn.
