ACT 7 in Bremer Vulkan's dry dock at Bremerhaven  in 1984. The two propellers were replaced by ones with a greater pitch, along with new turbo blowers which were for fuel economy measures to limit the shp from 25,000 each shaft down to 12,400, but after trials in the English Channel the max speed was still over 20kts.
